What we do
We build the software and automation that small operations usually can’t justify hiring someone for — and then we run it for them, so it keeps working after the project ends. Most of that work is unglamorous on purpose: the quotes, the reminders, the follow-ups and the paperwork that quietly eat an owner’s evenings.
Sarah, our main product
Sarah is an AI phone receptionist. She answers the business line 24/7 in a natural voice, follows the rules the owner sets, offers real openings from their calendar, books the job and texts the details through. She quotes from the owner’s own price list, flags urgent after-hours calls, and takes a proper written message when she can’t help directly. Sarah is an AI voice assistant and never claims to be human — if a caller asks, she says so plainly.
Who we work with
Trades and appointment-based businesses across Prince Edward Island: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, lawn care, snow removal, junk removal and cleaning, along with clinics such as chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage and dental. The common thread is simple — if a booked appointment or a dispatched truck is how you make money, then a call nobody answers is money walking to the next name on the list.
Beyond the receptionist
Sarah is the flagship, but she sits inside a wider practice: web design, chatbots, process automation, and reporting dashboards that put the work, the money and the time on one screen.
